Cut Tobacco Feeding System
Optimal Mechatronics ensures the safe, controlled, and uninterrupted feeding of whole leaf tobacco and finely chopped tobacco into the production line. Tütün Besleme Sistemleri tasarlıyor ve üretiyoruz.
The gravity-driven feed system can simultaneously;
- 2 medium-speed (12,000 cigarettes/minute) cigarette production machines or
- It can be designed to feed one high-speed (20,000 cigarettes/minute) cigarette production machine.
The system ensures uninterrupted and safe material feeding through fully automatic tipping of C48 boxes and BINs.

Mobile Dust Collection Unit for Cigarette Manufacturing Machines
We design and manufacture the Mobile Jet Pulse Filter Unit, which has an easily portable structure, so that it can be used at any point needed in cigarette production facilities.
With a system that can be connected to a single cigarette production machine, we perform dust collection and tobacco feeding processes simultaneously. This provides flexibility to production lines, supports uninterrupted production during maintenance and overhaul processes, and increases operational efficiency.

Dust Collection Systems for Cigarette Production Machines and Tobacco Feeding Lines
We design, manufacture, install, and commission dust collection systems for tobacco feeding lines of cigarette production machines of various brands and capacities.
Vein Breaking Line
The stem crushing line is designed to break down tobacco stems into controlled sizes suitable for the recovery process. The crushed stem is combined with the powder and reintroduced into the production process via the Tobacco Recovery System. This reduces raw material losses, increases the recovery rate, and supports production efficiency.
Coal Dust Collection System
Optimal designs and manufactures carbon dust collection systems compliant with the ATEX Directive for the safe collection of carbon dust generated in activated carbon filter production machines at cigarette filter manufacturing plants.
Our systems are designed to provide maximum workplace safety with their explosion-proof and fire-proof construction. This ensures the cleanliness of the production environment, employee safety, and process continuity.
Central Vacuum Cleaning System
The Central Vacuum Cleaning System (CVC) automatically and energy-efficiently cleans fine dust particles accumulated in the production area using a central vacuum system with high suction power.
The system is designed in accordance with ATEX Directives, ensuring safe use in explosive environments. Furthermore, it can be designed and implemented in different configurations to meet the specific requirements of cigarette production areas using activated carbon filters.
Lamina Heavy Particle Separator
The Lamina Heavy Particle Separator removes non-tobacco raw materials (NTRM) and heavy particles from the tobacco leaves after the DCC cylinder, eliminating them from the production line.
This system increases product purity while protecting equipment used in subsequent processes and contributing to improved production quality.
Heavy Particle Separator for DIET and Cut Tobacco
The DIET and Cut Tobacco Heavy Particle Separator separates heavy particles from DIET (Dry Ice Expanded Tobacco) and cut tobacco after the DCC cylinder.
Tobacco Recovery Improvement System
Optimal Mechatronics offers a secondary recovery system that enables the recovery of finely chopped tobacco lost even after the primary recovery process.
Designed and manufactured by Optimal, the Tobacco Recovery Improvement System significantly reduces production losses, helping to lower yield loss to as low as 1%. This optimizes raw material usage, increases production efficiency, and reduces costs.
Saucing and Flavoring Systems
To ensure tobacco acquires the desired aroma and characteristics, raw materials with varying aromas and viscosities are transported to cigarette manufacturing facilities in barrels. Specialized flavoring and seasoning systems are needed to prepare these raw materials according to the recipe and apply them to the tobacco in the correct proportions.
Optimal Mechatronics designs and manufactures ATEX-certified sauce and flavor preparation systems for explosive environments. Our systems are developed according to engineering principles to ensure safe operation, precise dosing, and high process efficiency.
Triacetin and Glue Dispensing System
Optimal Mechatronics designs and manufactures Triacetin and Glue Dispensing Systems that enable the safe and controlled distribution of process fluids such as triacetin and glue from a single point to cigarette and filter production machines.
Thanks to this system, material traffic in the production area is reduced and liquid flow can be monitored and controlled centrally. Thus, process reliability is increased, operating efficiency is increased and maintenance processes are facilitated.
